Here we have an incredible Sonor SQ2 drum kit, great sizes & in a stunning finish. The SQ² Drum System represents SONOR's extensive know-how in drum making and sound design. Building upon more than 140 years of manufacturing experience this range of custom instruments offers the ultimate in SONOR craftsmanship. It is the flagship within the SONOR Drum program.

With an almost unlimited variety of shell - size - finish combinations SQ² is the most individual Drum Sonor have ever made in their history

The kit offered here is a 6 piece in a great selection of sizes, the 20 x 18 Bass Drum sounds massive!!. The shells are the Medium Birch, Sonor source AAA graded Scandinavian Birch for the SQ2 series ensuring incredible tonal quality, these are the same species of Birch used for the LITE series drums in the 80's / 90's. The Bass Drum hoops are finished in Birdseye Maple Veneer, the hardware throughout the kit is all Chrome.

The 14 x 14 tom was originally a hanging tom which has been modified to be a floor tom, all original Sonor parts have been used. The Bass Drum has also been modified with original Sonor parts to become a drilled specification allowing it to accept a double tom holder.
